Robert Reich - what's the deal?
I see frequent posts with quotes or essays from him. Many (most?) seem less than complimentary to the white house.

I confess to not reading even the first one of these posts.

I'd love to hear people's comments about Reich.

1. He is just a qualified automobile repair man
He spends most of his time greasing bus axles.

4. One of the few I read all the time.
and the one I agree with the most often. He wants Obama to succeed, but he calls things as he sees them, and offers sound and fair reasoning.

5. Smarter than the average bear
and usually worth reading but occasionally misses the elephant in the room.

I find him a mixed bag, although his ideas are mostly good ones.

and is a good solid liberal. Great on economic issues. Not a politician per se.

Offers constructive criticism when needed towards the White House and also praises them on the many occasions they do the right thing.

9. Why do you say that? Most of the earlier responses say he's a good guy with integrity.
I'm always interested in the countervailing argument.

10. This video made me a fan ->
Reich: How Unequal Can America Get?

This is a one hour video but well worth the watch - I push it on everyone I know. He's a dynamic speaker with a wealth of knowledge and a self-deprecating sense of humor. Also a true liberal.
