BP CEO Tony Hayward will testify today in front of the House Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations to address the Deepwater Horizon explosion and explain “five questionable decisions,” outlined in a letter from Subcommittee Chairman Bart Stupak (D-MI) and Committee Chairman Henry Waxman (D-CA).

This will be the CEO's first appearance at a congressional hearing on the disaster.
