I think the 25% on D&C was because I answered some people really do seem less lucky. I answered the death penalty is a violation of human rights even though I'm ok with it in countries that don't have the protective infrastructure that we have. The unprecedented number of illegal aliens crossing the borders harms those most with the very least - the working poor. The cancer of ownership entitlements is appalling. The U.S. has the most liberal immigration policies of any nation in the world by far ... but the whole notion of a workforce without voting rights and/or existing outside the law is repellent to me.

there are people who are unlucky. There was a guy I deposed, I swear, you did not want to buy lottery tix or cross the street when he was nearby. He had 14 industrial accidents over the years, one time, well, this was a doozy.

He was working on the John Hancock building in Chicago. He was carrying a sheet of plywood to cover a hole while they were building it. A gust of wind picked him and the sheet up and blew him out of the 63 story, and blew him back in the 61st story, breaking three of his ribs.
