10. I seriously doubt it. He's done some bonehead things in his day, but

I doubt he'd go there. I'd really be shocked if he did. Besides, I've heard plenty of reaction on radio today from drunk driving legal specialists and defense attorneys who all said Paris Hilton is not being given a rough time. If anything, she's had a really easy time - more leniency than ANYONE else in her situation.
