16. When land ownership was privatized and removed from the commons
a person no longer had the right to life. Since then people do have to compete ... and against each other, rather than cooperating.

A sane society recognizes the losses due to privatizing and creates new systems to support those who suffer as a result.

We haven't gotten there yet.

is what I'm hoping the smart people of California to do. Bounce her from the Senate Seat before she has a chance to sit down.

14. "compete" is code for "rape the workers for another dime of profit".
My last company told us they had to "compete" by shipping engineering work to China and India. I decided they could "compete" without my help.
