She always said she depended on the kindness of strangers.
What could be stranger than your opponent's voters having no place to vote, unless they could skip work, or drive 20 miles, or leave Grandma alone for more than the 15 minutes you figured it would take you to vote?

Stellar.

This is the worst kind of election shenanigans, and just because it's intra-party, anyone who thinks that election integrity activists won't be all over the triumph of the corporatist candidate in such an outrageously slanted contest has more to learn.

Commence.

4. I'd put it this way:
if this is Blanche's attempt (or that of her sponsors) to show the netroots and the Democratic wing of the Democratic Party who's boss, there's a whole lot of misunderestimating going on.

2. That is why the system will have to be removed.
Because it has allowed either inaccurate news stories to disperse information, or allowed election machines to steal elections.

So shrug, burn it down, down it to the ground, seems to be what people want.

3. Many of the institutions in this country are obsolete, but little really happens. Much

of the country is apathetic IMO. They think someone else is doing it for them, if they even think at all. As I've often said, Americans can generally be counted on to vote in the wrong people for the wrong reasons and then complain about congress, for example... What happened in AR is outrageous, closing polling places to swing the vote... WTF.

5. If that story is true.
It follows the pattern of them not caring what people think.

How is it any different then election machines that can steal elections, or other forms of vote stealing.

How is it different than buying votes with dirty money.

The more it happens the sooner the race to the bottom will complete, and then things can be cleaned out efficiently.

That is the argument for letting it burn, the idea that the more power you let them have, the faster they destroy themselves, and then hurt less people. Also why I just play songs, since not going to play that game, at least they will know why when it happens.

6. Yes, it's callus and selfish to use these tactics and not what one wants in an elected
official.
