Actually a Mexican guy I used to work with explained this one.... They go to Canada first, get their "green cards" up there, and then come across the northern border to work. The Skagit valley tulip fields are less than an hour from the border, and even for other farming areas in other parts of Washington state, it's closer than California.

but i had a significant ignore list at one time that I whittled down over some years, because for those who weren' TS'd, they kept showing up on my threads as "ignored" until I finally got rid of my list in its entirety.

The ones I have to smile at are those new people who might not be on the offensive, but who quote RW news sites as perhaps sources of some information. It's a sort of neon sign (like in Beetlejuice) that says, "Here I am, and I'm trying to fake you all out!"

We should have a list someplace (perhaps we already do!) that says, townhall, drudge, worldnetdaily, newsmax, fox, and a dozen or two more sites are really red-letter proof that you're an idiot, so don't go around quoting from them!
