How stupid can people be , always in hind sight issues
Everyone knows by now we would have never been in this massive mess if we would have kept our eye's and ears open and not kept our moughts shut .

Now all the focus is on the 2008 elections whcih to me is just another crap shoot and what if this does not work , are you willing to take that chance . Not only is 2008 to far away while the damage continues on each and everyday it is nothing more than politics as usual .

2008 is not going to help anyone now and now is when we need to change things .

I come to the conclusion that many if not most people here are active and have politics as a hobby and if this is so where the hell were you when all this insane damage began , isn't it better to avoid a brick wall that aim for it through ignorence ?

Now there is all this talk about stopping this war and protests , what about the last four years , even though the repubs had control at least four years of protests would have woke up many more people , we tried before this damn attack on Iraq began but then we just gave up . I found no one interested in speaking out right after the war was launched , no they went on with their lives . Now that things are so far out of control here comes the outrage and here comes the hope of 2008 which to me is making the very same mistake we made years ago .

These far too early candidate speeches are to me nothing more than a diversion from the real problems we face right now . Maybe the candidates came wait and play the political games , after all they have their jobs and health insurance and once this ends they will move on to another well paid position , nothing to lose for them .

All we have are peomises as always and the popularity contest along with oh look how great so and so spoke or how good they looked or the comparision to past presidents like FDR and JFK when not one of these new canditates even come close .

It is also a different world now with the smae old problem with hundreds more piled on by shear criminals .

We now have their global economy and this will never change now , not with taxs placed on inports or for any other reason .

Hope is just a word that decribes inner self struggling for a place in the outside world and what a world it is .

1. Albert Einstein reportedly was asked what was the difference between genius and stupidity.
He replied that genius had its limits as opposed to stupidity.

Hope that answers your rhetorical question.
