big oil friends and their goons on M$M would have reacted if Obama had cleaned out MMS and stopped off shore drilling before there was a major disaster in the Gulf.

Now we have the Bachmann's of the planet accusing him of being both socialist and too hands off.

1. Oh, you know what they'd be doing

Every time the price at the pump went up a penny, they'd be shrieking as loud as they can, "Drill! Drill! Drill!" If it went down a penny, they'd still be shrieking.

We always knew a disaster had to happen to shut them up, but we were all hoping it wouldn't be a disaster of this magnitude.

As wonderful as it is seeing them flop around like newly landed fish as they try to figure out how to blame this mess on all the people who have been right about things from the beginning, the cost is appalling.

2. They are just the party of hate and intolerance

So as long as they are hating someone, intolerant of any one different than them, finding fault with anything, they are within the guidelines of the republican party.
