Who do you believe are the Biggest Hypocrites in the US?

The word hypocrisy is thrown around quite a bit. I use it quite a bit to describe people who say one thing, yet do another. Who do you believe are the biggest hypocrites in this country?

I know this should be a multiple choice poll, but that option isn't possible on this site, at least not yet. I know there is a lot of overlap in my poll too, and that would be remedied with a multiple choice option.

BTW, while I was putting this poll together it donned on me that even Osama Bin Laden doesn't seem to be a hypocrite. Yes, he is an evil monster and murderer, but he is at least consistent in his beliefs however demented they are. And he is driven by a conviction, rather than motivated by money. I'm not comparing Bin Laden to any right wing conservative, but measuring him on strictly a standard of hypocrisy Bin Laden is almost void of that negative trait compared to all the people in my list.

If you can think of another group I inadvertently omitted, feel free to share them with the rest of us...

Sure it fits but just too easy! Its going to suck up ALL the votes and defeat your poll - and I know I am taking this way too seriously. I went with the right wing fundies for sheer hypocrisy based on the fact that 90% of their time is spent telling other people what not to do and the other 10% is spent explaining why them doing essentially, and in some cases, precisely the same things, does not count because they are forgiven. Think Vitter, Craig, Haggard, Prejean, Swaggart, Baker, etc etc etc

My original poll didn't have all of the above. As I wrote the poll I was wanting to determine which group people thought were the biggest hypocrites. But someone mentioned 'all of the above' and I impulsively changed it. It does change the entire dynamics of the poll because it is too easy to just lump them all together.

You're right about the right wing fundies. I know a lot of them and they are the most ignorant people I know. They absolutely have zero power to think on their own. They mindlessly sit and listen to right wing radio all day and Fox News at night, not even realizing that the people they are listening to are making a fortune by breaking the 9th Commandment, "Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor". Beck, Hannity, Limblah and all the rest make a living violating the Bible's commandments, yet dimwitted fundamentalist Christians lap up every word without though, without question and certainly without doing fact checks.

BTW, on Memorial Day the television was on showing President Obama under an umbrella on a rainy day and she muttered something about him not attending the Arlington Cemetery ceremonies. She said it in an ugly tone, like she hated the president. Yes, she was a fundamentalist Christian. I quickly told her Reagan and both Bushes all missed appearing at the Arlington Cemetery event and said the right wing lies all the time. She just mindlessly said both sides lie the same and then shut up. It was obvious she didn't want her mind 'polluted' with the truth. Fundamentalist Christians disgust me. They are so filled with hatred, rage and racism and yet claim to be 'Christians'. And they are attracted to evil rather than good. What hypocrites they are...
