1. It always pays to check out the source:

Claire Sibonney, the author of this bogus hit piece is a "markets reporter" based in Toronto. Prior to joining Reuters in 2005, Sibonney worked for AOL Canada and the National Post.

2. Seems like they want to cut costs

to the drug manufacturers more than to cut services:


The losers could be drug companies and pharmacies, both of which are getting increasingly nervous.

It doesn't work that way here, we couldn't even get drug reimportation through because of the deal the WH made with big Pharma.
