There are so many people being dumped by the very institutions that we bailed out. The government should swat them and make them act to lend more money to small businesses and help those in trouble with their mortgages.

Yes, some people who shouldn't have gotten into the housing market did anyway. The bankers were complicit in that and just because some that might be undeserving get help is no reason not to try to do something about the crisis.

one Judge began sanctioning (disbarment, fines) bank lawyers for questionable practices. Even ended up in a fist fight with one bank lawyer.

He ended up getting elected to the State Supreme Court.;-)
