The thread:

McCain criticizes Mex. President Calderon (but says he is still "a great admirer" of Calderon)

PHOENIX - More criticism of Mexican President Filipe Calderon Friday.

Over lunch in Washington, Arizona Senator John McCain told Calderon that he does not appreciate the Mexican President's criticism of Arizona's new immigration law.

"It's very unfortunate, because I'm a great admirer of President Calderon, that he should mis-interpret a law in such a way that he feels it necessary to criticize it," McCain said.

Just like he admired Barack Obama during the campaign and told us we had nothing to worry about.

PS: This illustrates the classic problem with long serving senators. McCain wouldn’t know the truth if it ran over him with a tractor trailer full of border jumpers.

AND THE WINNER IS...

McCain is leaving his options open.

If he can convince Arizona to re-elect him - he'll go right back to his call for amnesty.

Staying buddies with his good 'friend' Calderon is important!!

1. So it is the duty of the patriots to protect
his country from the government. Well the republicans shirked their duty for eight years. Now they are so far behind the times they think bush is still in office and they want to make up for lost time.
