I'm tired of media allowing Repubs to deflect questions.
Ask a 14th amendment question and get a 2nd amendment answer.

Question, have you ever seen a media person stop an interviewee when they try to deflect and say,"Sir/Ma'am, that wasn't the question. Would you please answer the question instead of defering to another topic."

That would revolutionize media.

Demand truth, demand answers to tough questions.

Rachel got pretty tough with RP in her recent interview of him.

Rand Paul deflecting questions about the CR act of 1964, The Fair Housing Act of '68.

Demand truth from them and stop them when they deflect or defer and watch them meltdown in front of our eyes. Rethugs hate media questions.

More so, they hate persistant media.

1. The Media doesn't want an adversarial relationship with elected officials
They want a collegial relationship - that's what keeps those off the record sources talking.

2. And they would lose access.
Why should I go on your stupid show if you're going to treat me like that? I'll just go on one of the other 8 zillion shows clogging up the cable tubes, one of the shows that WON'T hold me accountable! See how your advertisers like THAT one, smart ass...

3. The media is owned by the same people who own the Republicans. And some Dems.
