...I expect it to be +-20% off at most, rather than an order of magnitude or more.

I remember early on the "news" was that the leak, and gosh was it small, was going to be plugged in a matter of hours. Well, maybe a day or two. So, what are we at? 720 hours or more? Somebody, and maybe a bunch of somebodies, should be going to jail for this.
