Mitt Romney's house...
passed it everyday for years on my way to visit my brother and my parents who lived up the street. It is located in Belmont, Massachusetts in the very exclusive neighborhood of Belmont Hill. It is a huge house, huge! It is set back from the street on a very large parcel of land with beautifully landscaped grounds. It backs up to and has a view of another huge structure...the Mormon Temple in Belmont, one of the largest in the country.

What always perplexed me about that house was that the roof was a mess...that and the size for people who have no children in residence.

Anyway, makes John Edward's haircut pale in comparison.

1. Isn't he the chap who says Americans need to sacrifice more?
No doubt we all have to, but for once I doubt the Republicans were talking about their 'known vested interests', aka their corporate backers.

3. The rest of Belmont will never forgive Mittens for
that gawd-awful stone fortress looming over Route 2.

4. I doubt we want to get into house comparisons with candidates.
Remember in the Governor's race when they showed all the candidates houses (some who had more than one)? Remember they all had mansions...except for Grace Ross, who lived in a run down apartment (she got my vote on that alone).

Let's face it....most politicians are living well.
