Justice Stevens and Kagan have a talk, Eric Holder: "Boy, the press should get that picture."
At one point during the conference Wednesday, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. spotted Kagan talking with Stevens and said, "Boy, the press should get that picture." He quickly disavowed any inside knowledge. "I'm not saying anything," he added.
