Limbaugh really blamed environmentalists for
Haliburton and BPs explosion, loss of 11 lives and environmental disaster?
Is he just allowed to invent BS to spew?

7. I think there has been some issues with many groups doing that for awhile.
I have been worried that if rules applied back is used, then would they ever be able to find a source of accurate consistent information? I wonder about things like that.

2. That's what he's always done
Don't know why he'd change if it's always worked for him.

9. The only time I've seen him is when others show clips of him
I can't believe that he's allowed to muddy up the waters like this. I mean he is simply inventing bullshit and allowing corporations to escape with their irresponsible behavior.
That's not free speech - it's irresponsible BS.

3. Yes, he's allowed to do whatever he wants
That is, unless it challenges the power structure.

Nice work if you can get it.

(Of course selling your soul to the Devil is part of the deal I'd have a problem with)

4. Did you expect any different?
He blamed the disaster at the non-union Massey mine on unions.

When your listeners are fucking stupid enough to believe such mindless bullshit, why not?

5. He's able to claim whatever his listeners will believe.

Which basically means, yes, he can say anything and get away with it.

12. Brad Friedman answered that quite nicely one day...
When he was subbing for Mike Malloy. First, he came here on DU, and I forget what the deal was exactly, but he ended up asking what I wanted him to talk about on the show that night... so I said, talk about why it is that the media is allowed to lie.

It would be worth looking through his website... I'm betting there's something on it there. He touched on the Faux Gnus court case... forcing them to tell the truth would limit their freedom of speech, donchano. It was an awesome show!
