I just discovered two wonderful seafood places that get their seafood from the gulf

1. I just had my brother buy 150 lb. of 16-20 iqf shrimp for me back home for when I get back.

3. I grew up on the gulf coast

and I always try to buy gulf coast, wild caught shrimp because 1. the foreign "farmed" shrimp wrecks hell on ecology in SE asia, and 2. supporting USA jobs. I like the flavor of wild gulf-caught shrimp, and I honestly believe that gulf coast seafood tasted better than atlantic coast, at least it used to.
