Isn't it fun watching and listening to Chuckie and the other
hacks (including NYT hacks) who refused to cover Colbert's performance at the Correspondent's dinner discussing the problems of 'closeness' between Washington and the media. Hey NYT staying away from the dinner doesn't mean you didn't do Bushco's work for them. Judith Miller was embedded with Bushco's goons.

Who the fugg do they think they're fooling? :puke:

Thats part of ego trap.

Correlation is not causation, expressing a thought off of another thought, does not mean that a person thinks the thoughts are connected. However some things are connected.

I really should make more of life about me, I think there is an other side of that scale that can be out of balance also.

Here is a funny thing, when ever I read a post, I think how would I feel if someone said that about me, or is that a flaw I have, or is that something I thought of before? why? not because they are talking about me. But because it is how I find things to think about. And I type them because it is a good way to help think on the ideas, and every once in awhile a thought might have meaning to someone else.

That is why I also say it does not matter if someone reads a post, I am not sure that is my intent. Although that thought is nice. If anyone has any other suggestions were a person should spend their time, I would listen.

However V did were the chest plate from an Eastwood film, and that is my last name also :)
You can have fun with such thoughts.

But honestly I don't think V is the hero of that movie. I think it is Valerie, maybe the cop, and maybe Evey :)

5. Which shows the extent to which they did not
understand Colbert's contempt for every one of them.

2. The NYT's financial page has been EXCELLENT on greed on Wall Street, and DC's complicity
with it.

4. Colbert remains the high water mark.
His routine was the degré le plus haut of all Correspondent Dinner speakers for all time. Until Lenny Bruce returns from the dead, perhaps.

6. Total Agreement....
Colbert was masterful as the host and made the fratboy squirm. I love Wanda Sykes last year...I thought she did well but Colbert was amazing!
