Yup..they are calling it ....an incident.

Good graphics tho, you might want to take a peek.

"This site is providing information regarding the April 20 incident in the US Gulf of Mexico involving a Transocean drilling Rig Deep Water Horizon."

You have to register there before you can yell at them.

I suspect lawyers will be taking snapshots of everything they print for later court room use.
