I miss David Schuster on MSNBC.

He always did a great interview and didn't allow guests to tell untruths without calling them out on nonfactual things. Where is he now? He was politely direct.

2. Last I heard he was suspended for pursuing another network gig.
I'm sure others will fill you in on the details.

5. Tell me about it.
I hope he's somewhere cutting a deal for a new program. I do hate to think of him going to CNN. They suck and I don't think it would be a happy home for him. And I hate the thought of having to avoid the mine fields over there to find him.

6. please write to his boss and ask to have him back.
His boss is Phil Griffin. He reads his emails and answers them. He hired David eight years ago and has the power to reinstate him.

10. I wrote Mr. Griffin last week and have not had a reply from him
Here is the message I sent him:

Where is David Schuster?

I miss seeing him during the daytime! I really liked Schuster with Tamron Hall in the afternoons, but your network cut their time back for Dylan Ratigan (who is barely watchable). Then you split up that winning pair and have used them for spotty fill in times. If the rumors I have heard about David Schuster making a pilot for another network are true, I can't blame him since it certainly looks as though your network is relegating him to a lesser and lesser role.

I used to schedule my daytimes to try to catch Schuster and Hall in the afternoons. Now I avoid watching MSNBC during most of the day since it is hard to predict who will be on during which slots. Unless, of course, I was forced to watch the abhorrent crew you have on from 6 to 9 every morning and at 1 in the afternoon.

Please bring back David Shuster! Please team him with Tamron Hall again! They make a smart and clever pair who are informative and enjoyable to watch.

17. His management made the choice to minimalize one of the better talents
MSNBC has on during the day,IMO.

Oh, well, it's gotten me to watch less news which is better for my blood pressure. Maybe I will catch up on watching old movies or something.

20. You can say that again! Get rid of Morning Joe!!!!!
About the only balance on that show is Eugene Robinson when he is on. They start my day angry. I don't know why I watch them. I have gotten to the point that I rarely watch any other channel other than MSNBC.

19. We agree. Help MSNBC "Punish David Shuster with his own show!"

We agree that David Shuster must be punished for being one of
the most dogged and honorable journalists working in cable
news. After deTweeting & indefinite suspension, the only
way to make sure he learns his lesson is to GIVE HIM HIS OWN
DAMNED SHOW.

We're all about BREAKING INFO, ACTION, and FUN. We have great
discussions, cross posted and original articles, and
opportunities for activism. Much of what has been commented
on here is discussed and documented at our site.

We are a riled-up mob (close to a million by FOX News crowd
counting standards) out to insure crack journalist David
Shuster gets what's coming to him. MSNBC has promised to
"punish" him for allegedly filming a pilot with
Michel Martin at CNN.

David Shuster must be punished with his own show in an arena
where all are able to watch the fruits of his transgression.
It is simply not acceptable to continue to shuffle him from
ambiguous time slot to ambiguous time slot!

We'll follow him almost anywhere, stopping Just Short of FAUX
"News."

Please join us!

P.S. You'll find a link to the BRING BACK DAVID SHUSTER
petition at "Punish David Shuster with his own
show!" You can also go directly there at this link:
