Senate Judiciary Committee schedules vote on 4 Obama district nominees

NOTICE OF COMMITTEE EXECUTIVE BUSINESS MEETING

An Executive Business Meeting has been scheduled by the Committee on the Judiciary for Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room 226.

By order of the Chairman.

I. Nominations



Richard Mark Gergel, with his wife Councilwoman Dr. Belinda Gergel (Columbia SC City Council) and 2 children
Nominee for the United States District Court, District of South Carolina
55 Years Old



Julianna Michelle Childs, South Carolina Circuit Court
Nominee for the United States District Court, District of South Carolina
44 Years Old



Judge Kimberly J. Mueller, US Magistrate Judge, Eastern District of California
Nominee for the United States District Court, Eastern District of California
52 Years Old.



Judge Catherine C. Eagles, Senior Resident Superior Court Judge, North Carolina Superior Court, 18th Judicial District.
Nominee for the United States District Court, Middle District of North Carolina
51 Years Old


Though they are all likely to be held over for an additional week as Republicans want to move as slow on everything as possible...
