10. Concentration Camps were originated by the British during the Boer War in South Africa
They cleared the Dutch farmers off their lands and put them and their families into concentration camps as part of their "clear and hold" strategy.

In AZ, the state law enforcement officers will turn the illegal aliens over to the Federal Government and let the Feds hold them.
