FYI: Crucial Congressional Hearing on Rating Agencies
Edited on Fri Apr-23-10 07:11 PM by Mike 03
This is a keeper, I hope you agree. The Senate Homeland Security Committee today held a fascinating hearing into the details of how Standard and Poor's and Moody's were run during the past decade, what they knew and when they knew it. All three panels were fascinating.

Panel One consists of whistleblowers.

Panel Two consists of low level managers at Standard and Poor's and Moody's.

Panel Three consists of the CEOs of Standard and Poor's and Moody's.

I hope you enjoy this. I certainly think this is worth paying attention to.

Panel One:

Panel Two:

Panel Three:

Enjoy. If you have any reaction to this hearing, please post it, I would love to hear what you think about this.

Kudos to this subcommittee.

2. I caught some of each panel and found it fascinating. They have no choice now but to
write some tough regulations into The Bill. Levin kicks ass. I'm looking forward to next week.
