The tracks were made by a giant six-legged water scorpion called Hibbertopterus as it crawled over damp sand about 330 million years ago.

Yow!

2. Once, in Texas...
We asked a woman where she got the scorpion jewelry for her hair. Turns out it wasn't jewelry, it had dropped out of a tree in the yard. It got exciting for a few minutes.

7. O M G I HATE scorpions!
I grew up in an area where scorpions were as normal as houseflies. When I go home to visit I am sooo jumpy and on edge, I just can feel those little scorpion eyes staring at me from under the furniture, in the grass, ack my skin is crawling just thinking about them, thank goodness they have shrunk in size over the years!!!!!!

9. I saw an evolutionary history video that had things like that once
It was awesome. I forget the name, but it streamed on netflix. It covered the age of giant insects, and that was really interesting.

It wouldn't have needed to be fast. Its prey would have been paralyzed with fear. Well, I would have been, anyway.
