Constantin Films files copyright claim against my Palin/Downfall video

The video was blocked three days ago from all countries just before it reached 500,000 views. I just submitted a counter-notification explaining it falls under Fair Use. It appears the video is back up while the matter undergoes review.

I'll be sad if it is taken down for good. What would that mean for political satire on youtube?

I may have to see the whole film now, though, because your clip led me to the original that all the spoofs are based from, and that actor seems to have captured Hitler very, very well on the screen. I normally don't watch subtitled films, but I may make an exception for this one.
