how do i see public party affiliation or donations?

isn't there a way I can view which party a private citizen is registered to or to see which party they donated to?

I thought during the 2004 election I did this somehow, but now I can't seem to remember what I did.

can let you type peoples name but it only shows which canidate they gave too
