Does anyone know the status of the Durham investigation?

In August of 2009 Eric Holder appointed John Durham to investigate whether "enhanced interrogstion techniques" used during the Bush Administration violated federal law. The investigation was recommended by the DOJ's Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR). The OPR's report stated that it “recommends that the Department reexamine previous decisions to decline prosecution in several cases related to the interrogation of certain detainees.”

Holder greatly limited the scope of the investigation by insisting that "the Department of Justice will not prosecute anyone who acted in good faith and within the scope of the legal guidance given by the Office of Legal Counsel regarding the interrogation of detainees. I want to reiterate that point today, and to underscore the fact that this preliminary review will not focus on those individuals."

Since the Office of Legal Counsel essentailly said that anything the President authorizes for the sake of national security is automatically legal, this limitation in the scope of the investigation seems to cover a lot of asses. Nevertheless, the investigations were a step in the right direction.

Question: Has there been any DOJ or Whitehouse announcement on the status of the Durham investigation? I couldn't find one by googling.
