I hear that the news networks go with what ever the CIA or FBI use for terminology. If they call it a militia then the news outlets do the same. No thinking involved there. Even if they did realize the double standard I doubt they would point it out or deviate from what the easy thing to do ...which was to use the terminology they were given.

terrorism is terrorism, and honestly this point about mcveigh vs osama is one of the clearer examples of how the GOP is two-faced and opportunistic about most of what they claim to believe.

we didnt even come close to waging 'war' on domestic terrorism after ok city. not even close.

after 911, the GOP acted like sharia law and a new caliphate was imminent. there tactics are obvious now, but no one is pointing this out. why? i think dems let the right-wing go after OK city. They did not attack how Mcveigh came to do what he did, and how out of whack his ideas are. I think an opportunity was lost, and we are dealing with those consequences now.

there should have been a stronger stand against domestic terrorist types. i hope there is a correction.
