Ack! Her voice is like fingernails on a blackboard!
How can people stand listening to her for more than 10 seconds?

2. I think it's gotten worse
She speaks faster and louder and more high pitched now and it sounds like she's nervous and trying to cover it up by raising her voice higher and higher. Lots of women do it. They try to raise their voice to sound like a little girl and vulnerable. In her case it just hurts your ears. I truly wonder how her family can live with that sound.

16. She's gotten much worse. More shrill and werid - scarier.
That's why they love her, of course.

5. I don't know
Edited on Sat Mar-27-10 02:37 PM by blogslut
I just turned to it on CNN. So far, no crowd shots. Imma bout to turn it off. I thought this might be some silly background stuff to work by but she's too irritating. The MSTK marathon channel on Justin.tv will have to do.

EDIT ADD: The anchor on CNN just said the crowd was maybe hundreds but definitely dozens! LOL!

10. It's one of the regular channels on justin.tv
If you have a decent broadband connection and computer, it's a cinch to stream.

12. Palin's voice
I suppose Palin's voice may not be the worst I have heard on the national stage, but it is her message that I feel is the true worry. She appeals to fear, and I really don't understand her appeal.

17. Hearing Palin speak...
Makes me irrationally angry. It doesn't even matter what she's saying at this point. Her voice raises my blood pressure.
