If no supplemental spending bill gets signed into law, do the troops come home?

2. The troops are NEVER coming home.

Some of them will, but one way or another, no matter what, we're in Iraq forever. We've built five military bases and the world's largest embassy there...we have no intention of ever, ever leaving.

3. From what I understand per the Pentagon, there is enough money to fund the troops through July.

So what is george's problem? He has the money and he was given today, more than he asked for. He is the one who doesn't support the troops and no they aren't coming home as long as he is the pResident. He is the decider, after all.
