3. Much of the rise can be attributed to the end of uncertainty
the markets hate uncertainty. As a result stocks were artificially low. Now that the bill is known and all but passed the market's relief is resulting in a general rise in HC stocks.

6. Health Care stocks are up, rx's/hospitals/etc. Health Insurance stocks are down.
