15. He's so full of b.s.
He always talks about how it was the Republican controlled congress that balanced the budget and tries to diminish Bill Clinton's role. Yet he ignores the fact that it was that same congress that squandered the surplus and created the biggest amount of debt in U.S. history. He totally ignores the 6 years they controlled congress after Clinton left office.
