So now what about Joseph Cao (R-LA)?
Now that Stupackers are appeased. Not that we need Cao, but his district is very Democratic and pro-Obama.

his district elect him if it's so Democratic?

4. Because demographics changed after Hurricane Katrina.
On the other hand, Mitch Landrieu (D) was recently elected mayor, trouncing the repukes by a HUGH1! margin. :)

11. According to local news, he is getting lots of angry reactions here.
He is my rep and this area is about 90%-95% democratic. He voted for the first version, but said he wouldn't for this one because "it open the road for more abortions," whatever that means. Lots of people are quite angry with him.
