The Hypocrisy of the Right in full view... Anyone remember the Dixie Chicks
who said they were ashamed of Bush being from their state.. and the unholy stink they raised over it.

The outrage they expressed?

Where are those people when we have name calling and spitting on congresspeople by the tea people?

Where is the outrage from the right?

2. Yeah, well ...

Bush was a white guy. They only get outraged when someone disrespects a white guy.

3. I remember and it is pure hypocrisy.
By the standards used against The Dixie Chicks Liz Cheney should be hanging from a rope.

5. The Previous president even jumped in on the Dixie Chicks
for using their "free speech".

The right has no civility and they don't have any idea how to win a fight fairly and within the rules.

I truely expect violence from them...it's just a matter of time.

13. They've done it before. It's odd how our "terrorist obsessed" forgot quickly about Timmy McVeigh.

6. or when Trent Lott stated that he could support the troops without supporting the
president (Clinton)?

But, when the shoe was on the other foot, if a bad word was said about Dimson, you were not supporting the troops.

Hypocrisy, republican is thy name.

7. They've always been hypocrites
that's expected from brain-dead, uninformed, and uninterested people. For them, our side good, other side bad.

8. Bought their album and not a single country album since.
I didn't see a single country music person stand up for the Chicks. Some are reportedly Democrat, but they tucked tail and hid out. Cowards. Where was liberal bastion Willy? Playing with Toby Keith.

10. They don't see it as hypocrisy. Here's why:
They're good, you're evil. That's the starting assumption, and it doesn't really matter how identical the acts are.

When they walk into a church, it's an expression of faith and duty and tradition. If you walk into a church, you're insulting Jesus and trying to soil the flock.

who are allowed to express their opinions anyway. They should just shut up and play music. Now these tea baggers are the REAL Americans! :sarcasm:
