12. Hypocrisy

Sadly, it seems that the Tea Party folks are doing their part to make the world safe for hypocrisy.

They will take benefits while denying them to others.

The hateful rhetoric worries me as it may spur further political violence. Note that I said further political violence. We have seen people identifying with the American right wing target a church in Knoxville, an IRS building in Texas, and we have had people arrested for plotting to kill the President. The signs are an ugly reflection of what has happened to the American political dialog.
