I presume you wrote it in a hurry, or you would not be making silly statements suggesting that a supreme court justice was voting on a legislative bill. I am not asking you to like Thomas, or his wife. But they enjoy the same civil rights that you do. Thomas' acceptance of a seat on the supreme court limits his freedom in some ways; for example, if he wished to run for office he would almost certainly have to resign from the court first. His wife is free to do whatever she wants, up to and including running for president if she feels like it.
