I heard upon his dry dung heap
That man cry our who cannot sleep.
"If God is God He is not Good.
If God is Good He is not God;
Take the even, take the odd,
I would not sleep here if i could
Except for the little green leaves in the wood
And the wind on the water."

Remarkable what a few words can engender.

1. What once was cuddled must learn to kiss the cold worms mouth...
That line is from off the top of my head. I sang it accapella. I am sure I could come with more lines if I tried. I played Satan in 1978. I was 16 years old.

"...blow on the coals of the heart Sara..."

is my favorite.
