"going-cho" makes the urban dictionary

I guess it was just a matter of time.

Now, nobody can go postal any more.

Cho not only killed a lot of people and made a lot of people miserable, and not only got lots of TV exposure for his hatred, he also changed the English language.

1. That just means one person submitted the definition.
It only counts as changing the language if it spreads.

8. I can picture a lot of "huh?"s being uttered after someone lamely
attempts to squeeze that in a sentence. Sadly, by now I think most Americans barely remember his name. It's not long or catchy enough. But maybe it could work... you never know...
