Does anyone know why Alan Grayson is not listed on the flabar.org website?

Is it a matter of policy to remove attorneys who are politicians? Is he no longer a practicing attorney?

1. Could be a number of things,

including inability to attend any required continuing legal education programs, and failure to pay regular fee. Being, regular practicing attorney not necessary; could pay a fee for that status. (These are general answers; I'm not familiar with Florida provisions.)
