James Inhofe Interview: Senate's Top Skeptic Explains His Climate Theory
http://www.grist.org/article/2010-02-25-james-inhofe-senate-top-skeptic-explains-climate-hoax-theory/

Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), one of the world’s most vociferous climate skeptics, is practically giddy these days. He’s argued since 2003 that global warming is a massive “hoax” being played on the American people, and now he believes he’s got more backing than ever before for his claim, from “Climategate” emails to errors in the latest report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to the recent blizzards in Washington, D.C. (He gleefully hyped an igloo built by his grandkids as “Al Gore’s new home.”)

1. He's probably got a novel theory about the pathogenesis of a few feline diseases,
likely involving bad humours or witches or Gawd's Will, but that doesn't make him more of an expert on the subject than I am.......

4. He's not a skeptic.
He's a denialist. A skeptic doesn't deny valid evidence. To deny that the Earth is warming, or that human activity is largely the cause of the current warming is to dismiss virtually all of the peer-reviewed science available.

That is a text book of denialism.
