you might find that people are not is support of it. But if you ask them why don't they support it - you would probably find that many aren't in support because it doesn't go far enough - like a public option or medicare for everyone, or for single payer. That is why the polls seem negative - and the Regressive's (formerly Repug's) are using these polls against us - but it is very disingenuous.
