Conveniently forgetting that for the last 50 years, private insurance was affordable, paid for actual costs of treatment, even tho everyone in the country was NOT covered by insurance.
Now, he says, everyone HAS to be covered to make it affordable.

treatment without regard for ability to pay and has never asked about insurance. After my bullshit meter came back down to zero, I emailed and asked if he would be good enough to perform a hip replacement for me since I can't afford the cost and can't afford insurance.
