The only path forward - or two paths - that I can see from today's meeting

Its hard to see what anyone expects can come from todays Health Care conference. Just what is they are doing?

Well, there is a House Bill, there is a Senate Bill, so could it be there are working out what will basically become instructions to Conferees and let something that both Parties can vote on come out of conference. That's one possible outcome. And if insufficient agreement to do than, then what? Well, Reconciliation is all that is left other than abandon the reform effort. Not likely.

So which will it be? Will we know when the conference ends? How about at the Press Conference that the President is sure to have immediately after?
