Move-On actually asks at their website "Why are we marching?

My question is "why aren't you marching?"

This is at best a silly and incredibly lame non-action "action" which can and will be easily ignored by politicians in Washington.

It will have zero political impact.

And what is Move-on demanding with their pretend march?

"It's time to finish healthcare reform".

How bold of Move-On!

Don't they think that's going a bit too far, way too radical?

Seriously, can any healthcare demand be more vague or weaker?

I'll have to pass on the pretend march and prefer to join real marches and protests in my area that place clear and specific demands on politicians for action.

I've never participated in a virtual pretend demonstration from the safety and comfort of my computer and I'm not about to start now. Call me "old-fashioned" if you want.

I know that DU'ers who participate in virtual protests have good intentions, however, pretend marches just don't work.

Perhaps Move-On can organize a local virtual computer march or picketline that my fingers can participate in by simply typing in my e-mail on my computer keyboard. That'll sure get the politicians attention!

I'm not griping about a Move-On march. The problem is they aren't organizing a march! It's a "march" without a time,
location, signs, banners, political demands or even participants! It's a mass march of nobody for something. Now what the hell kind of a protest march is that?

I'd really like to see a real march for healthcare, especially one that would make specific demands on politicians and would involve, forgive me, real protestors!
