He could use some support. This was posted on Politico. I think the Supreme Court decision was outrageous and threatens to eliminate the voice of the people in our country and I support Senator Kerry's efforts to try and rectify this damaging decision.

And working for a Constitutional amendment may be the best way to fight this, but as Senator Kerry says, that won't be easy.

I wish all the clueless wonders who voted for the guy they wanted to have a beer with in 2000 and 2004 had some grasp on what an "activist judge" really is. SCOTUS just sold our nation to the highest bidder. The clueless wonders will be among the first to suffer as their standard of living continues to decline.
