Bill will be fine
He is getting stents, it is rather routine surgery and he has some of the best doctors in the world.

This is not an urgent situation.

2. getting your gall bladder out is also routine surgery. How did that work out for Murtha.
The only minor surgery is a procedure done on someone else.

8. He was 77
Bill is in his 60s. When you are in your 70s the risk of complications rise.

There is risk, he isn't in a life threatening situation right now.

3. They just said it probably was urgent -- Not life-threatening, but he sure got
the stents mighty fast after he arrived at the hospital. Agree that the procedure is routine, and that he'll be fine.

7. I saw that his appointment was originally for Wednesday, but was postponed until today.
So, he couldn't have been too concerned, or his doctors for that matter, to delay an appointment for another day.

Sending good thoughts to President Clinton for a speedy and full recovery.

10. You can die having your wisdom teeth out
Murtha was 77, nearly 80.

He was scheduled for a doctor's appointment yesterday it was postponed due to the weather, they noticed an issue, they are taking care of it right away.

12. stents - as in multiples?
My older brother has gone through that procedure. Not a biggie -- but is it multiple stents, or hjust one?

16. I'm just guessing
But she probably didn't get the same level of health care that Bill Clinton does.

Which is wrong. Everybody SHOULD get the same exact level of health care. But under the existing system, Bill Clinton will do just fine.

21. Obviously not. :D ...
... However, she was at University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah; a well respected hospital to my knowledge.

They put in the wrong sized stent(s). Too small, as I recall. :(

14. Hope so. I love the guy, for some crazy reason.
It's the Elvis factor, or something.

But I just can't let him out of my heart.

Sigh!
