Grassley of Iowa, the panel’s senior Republican, released a draft $85 billion plan that would give employers a payroll tax exemption for hiring those who have been unemployed for at least 60 days. 1. Even they have a republican governor

The DFL is in control of the congress in Minnesota.. they passed a billion dollar jobs bill and will over ride any veto this piece of crap Phewlenty puts to it. Congress the federal kind, could get it done also if they stopped pushy footing..(deliberate misspell) around.
