Can someone please guide me through giving hearts away?

I donated. Got a PM thanking me with a link to a "donor status" page. My donation is listed there. But I don't see how to give the hearts away.

What am I doing wrong! :cry:

1. Yes; you must give them all to me

Just kidding. The link to giving them away is now at the bottom of everyone ELSE'S posts. So if you see a post by someone you like, click on the link to give that person a heart, and it will be subtracted from your total and added to their sig. Hope that helps!

2. At the very bottom of your post

there is a place to click when you see a post of someone you want to give a heart to. I have some to give away too as I just donated so I can see the link to click.

3. look at someone's post. At the botton of their post will be a link.

Hit the link, and it will allow you to donate.

For example, look at my post, and follow the link at the bottom to give a heart. (Hint, hint);-)

When you look at people's posts, there will be a line at the bottom of the post which says something to the effect of "click here to give this person a heart."

Or, you could search for members you'd like to donate a heart to, find a post of theirs and click to give them a heart.

Here's how: Just donate to Democratic Underground how you normally do. (Make sure you're logged in with your DU username so you get credit for your donation!) After you donate, you will receive a private message in your DU inbox explaining how to give hearts to other DUers!
